was designed to go along with and supplement the PBS series which
premiered in 2001. The site contain educational resources for
teachers and students as well as links to other evolution-related

Scientific American: 15 Answers to Creationist Nonsense

that appeared in the July 2002 issue. It provides a good list
of answers to standard creationist questions about and attacks on
evolutionary theory. A good place to find answers for yourself
or for others. |

Teacher's Association
 | The website of the National Science Teachers
Association (NSTA), a group that strongly supports the position that
evolution is a major unifying concept in science and should be
included in the K-12 science education frameworks and curricula.
Furthermore, if evolution is not taught, students will not achieve
the level of scientific literacy they need. |

 | Darwin Day is February 12th, the date of Charles
Darwin's birth in the year 1809. The Darwin Day Program serves to
improve the public understanding of the evolutionary sciences and
the life and work of Charles Darwin while working to bridge the gap
between science and society. The site has information about the
program, Darwin Day events, and many links to other Darwin and
evolution related sites. |
